The Piss List
I was reminded to dust this off and publish this again. Its the beginning of a list of some of the varying uses and meanings of the word "piss", which I trust is a mild enough word to not offend even my american readers.
I'd welcome any input from either side of the pond, and any Aussie/Kiwi variants would also be interesting.

I was googling potatos and i was chuffed to find a fellow potato sculptor! I too obsess with them, though i tend to cast them rather than actually sculpt with them. I can sense a Movement happening...

I would like to recommend "pisser" as an addition to your piss list.
Pisser - noun - That which conveys, creats or induces the state of being pissed. (see pissed) [e.g.: "I stubbed my toe on the door; aint that a pisser?"]

What about some Aussie variations;
Taking the Piss, to joke about, mock or have fun at one's own expense. ie Are you taking the piss out of me?
Piss Take, to piss take is to imitate someone or something in a mocking way.
It's funny, I landed here in a similar way to Lucy from London. I'm the curator of an outdoor art exhibition happening in Sydney 4 May and it's called The Humble SPUD! it's all in honor of the potato in this the UN International Year of the Potato.
