Human Power

It's another project I'll put on the end of a very long list. Last year I picked up a stationary excercise bike to this end - it has a stable frame and a built in fly wheel that I thought might get me part way there. Of course, efficiency is not a design concern for these machines - they are supposed to make you work - so who knows. I purged my project list and put it back out on big trash day unfortunately. Another time.

My plan was to power a lathe with a simple belt drive, and maybe put an arbor on there for things like sanding, buffing, grinding. I still like that plan.

Try Tripple Leaf Teas. Dieters Green Tea, Detox Tea, and Supper Slimming Tea.
Take the dieters tea in the morning with detox tea, At night take the supper slimming tea. It will give you the runs so delute the tea at first. At night take the supper slimming tea with detox all the same brand of tea. I am telling you if you stick to this program you will loose the pounds. I went from a size 24 to an size 11 in less than four months. WARNING!!! Do not take the supper slimming tea more than 7 nights. After that take a brake for a week and then start over with the supper slimming tea, you will feel great. Do not stop the Dieters Green Tea. I still drink my tea every morning. Friends don't beleave how good I look and that is a blessing. WOW over 50 pounds and people don't even know who I am anymore. Anyway Good Luck remember diets don't work, so eat what you want in limmited amounts, and enjoy life. P.S. Drink Plenty of water.
